    • Bilingual Customer Service Consultant (Arabic speaking)
      Our EMEA office, which serves our Members across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region is located on the southern outskirts of Bristol, UK.

      We have an opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Consultant (Arabic speaking) to join our friendly Bristol-based team, working Monday to Friday each week on a hybrid basis. This requires two fixed days per week in the office, with the possibility of working from home for the other three days per week (following initial training).

      The role is not suitable for fully remote working, so applicants must be able to work from our Bristol office for at least two days every week.

      The successful applicant will be dedicated to taking ownership of, and resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities of the role include:

      · Answering phone calls and emails from our Members and the wider public across the EMEA region in English and Arabic.

      · Helping customers with queries and issues regarding PADI membership.

      · Working to ensure customer queries are resolved within standard response times and key targets are met.

      · Updating member data using the relevant database applications.

      The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

      · Native or fluent Arabic language skills in addition to English.

      · Experience in a similar office-based customer service role using email and telephone.

      · Dedication to taking ownership of initial customer issues through to resolution.

      · Experience of working in an environment where targets and metrics are used.

      · A friendly, positive and flexible approach.

      · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

      .Experience of working in a multi-national organisation is desirable.

      · IT literacy (Zendesk/Salesforce experience is an advantage).
