Sophie is a PADI Open Water Diver and award-winning TV Presenter/Host, Writer and Disability Advocate. Paralyzed from the chest down in a car crash when she was eighteen, Sophie is now voted one of the UK's most influential disabled people. She is an ambassador for various global brands and charities, breaking down barriers and advocating for equality. Sophie is unstoppable!
