Gildenburgh Water, a 6.5 acre lake, at Whittlesey, just 7 miles from Peterborough, is an excellent place to learn to dive, keep current with your skills, or just to visit for a fun dive. Open 7 days a week. Great fish life, interesting sunken "wrecks" such as a double-decker bus and an aeroplane. Back up facilities include full rental store, air station and a fully-stocked shop, as well as refreshments.
