Overview
Description
In front of the lighthouse at McGregor Point lies an interesting shallow dive site accessible from the shore. Best to wear dive boots for the walk down to protect your feet. Once in the water swim to reef and around the point. During the winter months the scenic view point above the reef is a great place to spot humpback whales and you will be able to hear the whale song as you dive. Otherwise swim over hard corals, look for schools of reef fish and try to find octopus hiding between the rocks.
