Look for Black Bar Soldierfish tucked into reef nooks—many sport isopod headgear! These tiny crustaceans, resembling woodlice, hitch a ride on the fish’s head, feeding on leftover scraps from their messy hosts.
Right below the boat, impressive formations of Lobed Star Coral and Mountainous Star Coral make Little House a prime site for coral spawning night dives each fall. It’s humbling to realize that these massive structures are built by tiny polyps over centuries—proof of nature’s slow but incredible craftsmanship!
