Red Slave is the most Southern dive site on the leeward side of Bonaire. The site easy to find. The dive site itself can have moderate to strong currents. Carefully observe the water from shore and for instance use the surface buoy as a way to predict current.
The entry difficulty is medium. It’s a few careful steps down to reach the shore. From here it’s easy.
Due to the possible currents we advise to do this dive with a PADI professional. To the right there is a very healthy reef with a lot of fish and coral species to admire. Underwater navigation is easy, there are natural paths of sand you can count (and count down on your way back).
