This is a steel barge located in around 9 m of water off the rock wall at North Mole Fremantle. There is plenty of parking and toilets. Park close to the disabled fishing platform. Entry and exit is challenging with you having to climb up and down the rock wall. It is recommended to bring a rope. There is sometimes one in place but it gets taken frequently. Once in the water head on a bearing of approximately 355 degrees for around 180 meters. The bearing is a little flexible due to where you may be starting on the wall. There are remnants of a pole trail leading to the barge. If you find this you can follow it to the wreck. Abundant with marine life and great for diving in most conditions under 1.5 m swell. It can offer some protection from the SW winds. Be careful of boat traffic and always use a dive flag. Watch for fisherman and fishing rubbish in the water.
