Welcome to Neptune Diving Resort, your premier destination for world-class scuba diving in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. As a PADI Five Star Instructor Development and Scuba Diving Center, we offer the highest level of scuba diving education and training, led by our team of experienced and knowledgeable PADI professionals.

Our resort is located on the beautiful island of Cebu, where you'll find some of the best dive sites in the world. We offer a range of dive packages for all levels of divers, from beginner to advanced, and our PADI professionals will help you to discover the incredible underwater world of Moalboal. Our resort is situated on the beachfront, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to some of the best dive sites in the area.

At Neptune, we're committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational experience for our guests. We offer a wide range of PADI courses, from the Bubblemaker course for kids to the Instructor Development Course (IDC) for aspiring dive professionals. Our courses are taught by our team of experienced and highly qualified PADI instructors, who will provide personalized attention and guidance to ensure that you get the most out of your scuba diving experience.
