The Cabo Pulmo Dive Center has been in operation since the beginning of the marine park in 1995. Since then the dive center has grown to a nice full PADI center with excellent full-time instructors on staff at all times.
Cabo Pulmo is known for its incredible amount of big schools of fish! Many divers can see anything from the smallest Sea Horses to the biggest Black Sea Bass known to man. What Cabo Pulmo is really known for is the shear abundance of underwater species. The visibility and the warmth of the water may not be as great as that of the Caribbean and Red Sea, for example, but there certainly is a lot to look at and study in this colorful underwater aquarium. Diving and snorkeling in Cabo Pulmo is known among the professionals to be some of the best in the world for abundant sea life in this now protected park.
